Julia

About me:
Hi! My name is Julia and I’m 13 years old. I live with my older sister Lisa and my parents in
Engerwitzdorf near Linz. I was born in Lustenau in Vorarlberg. When I was 10 months old we
moved to Engerwitzdorf. Now we live in a house with a big garden. In February I got a new room. I
and my parents coloured a wall in dark purple and the other ones in light purple. Now I like my
room very much.
One of my hobbies is reading. In the last holidays I read seven books - each about 500 pages. Now I
read a book in English. I started to play keyboard when I was nine years old but six months ago I
gave up because I didn’t have time to practice. I also played the recorder and I was danced. I often
watch formula 1 with my dad and if a football championship is on TV I also watch the games with
my dad. My sister likes watching ice - hockey and so do I.
In these holidays my family and I were on a big cruise ship in the mediterranean sea. It was very
great to see Rome, Ibiza and Mallorca but it was very hot. Two times we saw big forest fires. The
fire fighters used water planes to stop the fire. From the ship we could watch them and it was very
spectacular.
I’m interested in this project and Scaffy is so cute!
